PORT ST. LUCIE, FL - Rafael Fernandez has been under the radar for much of his career, including an injury-shortened season in 2009. Now, the outfielder is healthy and finding a comfort zone in St. Lucie. Fernandez's skills at the plate are starting to catch up to his good outfield play, combining for a rather unknown but positive development down on the farm.
