Cuan moved to 2-0 this season with a strong outing

LOWELL, MA – The Brooklyn Cyclones entered Sunday's game looking to extend their three-game winning streak. They did exactly that by downing the Lowell Spinners 4-1 behind very strong pitching efforts from left-hander Angel Cuan and 2010 16th round pick Ryan Fraser. Cuan's fastball ranged from 87-92 MPH, but even touched 94 MPH on one pitch. Cuan repeats his delivery very well, so there isn't quite an explanation for the wide range in velocity other than it looked like...
