Lambin Looks For A Clean Slate

Lambin has already matched his HR total from AAA

It's tough to be optimistic when being demoted from AAA-Norfolk to AA-Binghamton, but infielder Chase Lambin assures it's a blessing in disguise, viewing his return to the Eastern League as an opportunity to have a clean slate after a disappointing stint in triple-A.

"I never want to take a step back, but it's also a clean slate, a fresh start," said the switch-hitting shortstop. Lambin's ugly numbers left Norfolk no choice but to demote the 27-year-old.
