Barreda has a high ceiling and a low floor

The New York Yankees selected RHP Manny Barreda in the 12th round of the 2007 MLB Draft out of Sahuarita High School in Arizona. He had Tommy John surgery back in 2008 and it cost him nearly three seasons to fully recover, but since that time he has shown some of the best swing and miss stuff in the entire organization.
