Tyler Pill reigns from Cal-State University where he went 7-1 with a 2.28 ERA in 2011. Pill was taken in the fourth round of the 2011 draft by the New York Mets. He had a strikeout-to-walk ratio of 110-22 with Cal-State in 2011 and was ranked 59th out of 100 of America's top college prospects.
