Prospect Predictions for 2011 – Part II continues its preseason predictions with this second in edition. In the first part, we looked at who would least certain statistical categories. This time around, we take a look at the superlatives, including who will be the first to debut at the big league level, who will bounce back from injury, who will crack the Top 10, and more.
