| The Mets claimed Marco Scutaro off of waivers from the Milwalkee Brewers in April 2002. Originally, Scutaro was an International free agent signee of the Cleveland Indians in 1995. In 3 seasons at AAA, Scutaro has demonstrated good plate discipline and gap power. |
