Biography:
Joe Holden was selected by the New York Mets in the 21st round of the 2005 draft out of Molloy College in New York.

Holden, a Rawlings/ABCA Third Team All-American and NCBWA Second Team All-American, hit .390 with 13 home runs, 50 RBI and 14 stolen bases in 44 games for the Lions. He was also named the Northeast Region Player of the Year and NYCAC Player of the year after his junior year.
