| Ronald Acuna re-signed with the Mets as a 6th year minor league free agent. The Mets originally signed Acuna as an International free agent hailing from Venezuela. Ronald Acuna had something of a breakout season at St. Lucie in 2002 (.298, 2, 54). A fine defensive right fielder, Acuna had 38 stolen bases for St. Lucie. Still, he needs to demonstrate better power. |
