Allen is coming off his strongest start of the yea		By Matt Mauney Savannah Feature Writer Date: Jun 17, 2009 SAVANNAH, GA - Kyle Allen has worn a few hats this season with the Gnats, but the right-hander tossed his best outing of the season on Sunday and appears to grow stronger each time he takes the ball. After starting the year in the bullpen, he is taking the steps necessary to build on his promise as a talented starter.
