Owen is working on the command of his pitches		By Jon Star Publisher Date: Oct 29, 2008 Dylan Owen was one of a small group of arms to get the call up to Binghamton from St. Lucie this summer. While in St. Lucie, Owen was among league-leaders in a number of categories, but upon going to Double-A he struggled with his command which led to inconsistency. Looking ahead, he knows regaining that command will be key to his success.
