Owen made 24 starts in High-A and 3 in Double-A		By Jon Star Publisher Date: Sep 3, 2008 Right-hander Dylan Owen was one of a number of arms that headed to Binghamton in August. After pitching most of the season in St. Lucie, where he developed his game and achieved success, Owen was strong in his first outing with the B-Mets. But, he quickly discovered the importance of using all of his pitches to survive at the next level.
