After spending nearly a full season in St. Lucie stretched across the 2007-2008 seasons, the right-hander earned his first trip to Double-A in mid-June. Since then, he has endured his rough spots but in large part to his maturity as a pitcher, he has come out of those troubles a more dynamic hurler.
