Ryan Meyers spent the majority of the season as the closer for Savannah, but a late season promotion to St. Lucie helped him bookend his season with the high-A club. After two years of trying to find his niche in the system, Meyers performed admirably in wrapping up wins for the Sand Gnats and sees himself in that role, or that of a stopper, as he moves forward.
