The New York Mets drafted Bobby Parnell in the 9th round of the 2005 MLB Draft out of Charleston Southern University. Boasting great control in Brooklyn a year ago, Parnell struggled with both command and injuries in 2006. Here's a scouting report on Bobby Parnell.
