Devaney was a Florida State League All-Star		By Vincent Congello Date: Jul 17, 2006 If Michael Devaney's brief double-A career is any indication, one thing is for sure - the 23-year old right-hander knows how to rise to the occasion. In Devaney's young professional career, he hasn't struggled mightily at any level. This year, however, Devaney flat-out dominated high-A, going 8-3 in 16 starts with St. Lucie. His ERA was among the tops in the Mets organization at 1.62.
