Tobi Stoner was called up to Double-A midway through the 2008 season after a strong second act in St. Lucie to begin the year. Five months later, he has proven able to handle the next level and has established himself to be an arm to watch at the highest levels of the farm heading into 2009. Now, during his stay in the Arizona Fall League, he wants to keep moving forward.
