One of the most effective starting pitchers on the Brooklyn Cyclones this season may not even be a starting pitcher next season. Right-hander Jeff Kaplan is discovering his game after moving from the bullpen to the starting rotation. He explained to Inside Pitch his early impressions and experiences of pro ball.
