Spring Q&A With Scott Moviel
InsidePitchMagazine.com: Spring Training finally broke this week, but can you detail what your offseason was like? Scott Moviel: I came home after the season and took a week off before Adam Wogan called me and told me I was going to the Arizona Fall League. So I had to pick it up and get throwing again to prepare for Arizona. Arizona was a good time. I picked up a few things, got great experience out there facing some higher level hitters. I took another week or two off after I got back from Arizona. Then I started working out in about early December, but I couldn't do all the things I used to be able to do before my knee problems. I had to take away doing squats and some other leg workouts, so I had to improvise some workouts and got work in with a personal trainer. I still got after it. My knee is doing well. I had a good Spring Training and everything is healthy, so that's all I can ask for. Inside Pitch: Can you touch on your experience in the Arizona Fall League...
