The New York Mets selected left-hander Mark Cohoon in the 12th round of the 2008 draft out of North Central Texas College. Cohoon was the leader of the Brooklyn Cyclones staff in 2009 and won the organization's Sterling Award at the level. What made Cohoon so capable in his second season?
