Carr rebounded with a move to the bullpen in 2009

In 2009, hard-throwing right-hander Nick Carr got his game back on track after a very rocky previous season. Pitching out of the bullpen simplified things for Carr who got back to the basics of being a power pitcher. However, he underwent Tommy John surgery in June and is now working his way into form.
