Eric Beaulac was one of few rookies to see time with a long-season club as he compiled more than half his innings in Savannah. A hard-thrower drafted out of a small college, Beaulac brings good size and a live arm that helped him stay ahead of hitters throughout the summer. An illness sidelined him during the Instructional League season, but that will not slow him down heading into 2009.
