Ike Davis, the son of former Major League pitcher Ron Davis, is a three-year starter at Arizona State where he played a variation of positions. After being selected with the 18th overall pick in the 2008 MLB Draft, he spoke to Inside Pitch Magazine to discuss being drafted, his game, and more. Tell us what is going through your mind right now after being selected by a team like the New York Mets? Ike Davis: Oh man, it's just amazing, really amazing to hear my name called.
