The New York Mets drafted the right-handed starter in the 9th round of the 2005 MLB Draft out of Charleston Southern University. Thanks to great control and a healthy season, he was able to make his highest climb yet in 2007. Here is a scouting report on Binghamton starter Bobby Parnell.
