Pellot believes he made real progress in 2006

The New York Mets drafted then shortstop Hector Pellot in the 4th round of the 2005 MLB Draft out of the Puerto Rico Baseball Academy and immediately moved him to second base. It wasn't a productive professional debut for him in '06 from a numbers standpoint, but Pellot and the Mets believe real progress was made. Here's a scouting report on Hector Pellot.
