Triple-A International League
The Tides snapped their five-game losing streak Sunday in the first game of a doubleheader, as Jose Lima shut out the Richmond Braves for six innings and Lastings Milledge tripled in the game's only run in a 1-0, seven-inning victory.
Heath Bell pitched a scoreless seventh for his fourth save. The save was the 100th career minor league save for Bell, and his 34th all-time with the Tides.
In the nightcap, Richmond put up three runs in the second inning facing Mitch Wylie en route to a 4-1 Braves victory.
Wylie took his second loss of the season, allowing three runs and five hits over two innings, while Juan Perez and Royce Ring finished without allowing an earned run.

Notable: As reported by the Virginian-Pilot, Tides manager Tony Tijerina ripped into his club during a closed-door meeting, attacking his players for complacency in the second game.
