Top 100 New York Prospects: 21-40

Combining the Mets and Yankees prospects into one large talent pool, here are the Top 100 New York prospects. Making a couple adjustments from our original Top 50 Mets' prospects to accomodate the losses and additions from this offseason, here are the prospects ranked 21-40 in the fourth installment of our five-part series.

21. Jeff Marquez, RHP, Yankees: Blessed with a nasty 2-seam fastball with heavy sinking action in the 90-93 MPH range and a devastating changeup only rivaled by fellow Yankee farmhand Matt DeSalvo, Marquez has two plus pitches in his arsenal.
