The left-handed Feliciano, 28, appeared in 51 major league games with the Mets from 2002 through 2004, the sum of his big league experience.
He is 1-1 with a 4.21 ERA in 72.2 innings in his major league career, and was with the Mets four separate times in 2004, recording a 5.40 ERA in 22 games. He might have figured into the Mets' bullpen plans for the coming season, but would not have been guaranteed a major league job.
Feliciano notched his first major league win on Aug. 4 last season at Milwaukee, striking out two batters in a 6-5 win.
