Binghamton Mets second baseman Reese Havens has been plagued with injuries since he joined the Mets' farm system four years ago; so it should come as no surprise that what started as soreness in his back resulted with the infielder missing the first two months of the 2012 season.

Even though his batting average has been struggling to stay above .200 since then, manager Pedro Lopez assures us "it's only a matter of time until we see that great player fans expected Havens to be."
