BROOKLYN, NY - Brooklyn right-hander Rainy Lara, a former infielder, wasn't exactly excited about the idea of moving to the mound a couple of years ago. However, quickly becoming one of the most impressive pitchers in the organization with his pure talent, it's his developing mental game that will allow him to take his game to the next level.

"After starting Spring Training back in the Dominican in January, I've spent time working on my changeup and really noticing an improvement in my pitching and very grateful for it," Lara said.
