BROOKLYN, NY - The Cyclones' 2011 pitching staff is currently a collection of pitchers without a defined role, particularly in the bullpen. However, T.J. Chism, who was one of the most effective pitchers in the system last season, has taken on the closer's role and continues his success thanks to the development of his changeup.

When it comes to getting the job done, no one's done it better for the Cyclones over the past year than T.J. Chism. The southpaw, who's in his third stint with the Cyclones, had a combined 0.70 ERA in 25.2 innings pitched last season in his time split between Kingsport and Brooklyn.
